Parkend Bridge repair update

Good afternoon all,

I just wanted to give you a quick update regarding the planned works on Parkend Bridge on 23/06/2025.

I have been made aware that Swallows are nesting near/under the bridge. Therefore, the works are being delayed until 30/06/2025, when hopefully the birds are either no longer there, or they are not at a vulnerable age/stage.

An ecologist will be attending site in the days leading up to 30^th to make another assessment.

I will update you as the situation develops.
